Turn your knowledge into practical tools that work for your business
Custom GPTs and AI agents are one of the most powerful ways businesses can use AI right now, but they’re often misunderstood or framed as something only tech teams can build.
This 90-minute Lab is designed to demystify what they are and show how everyday businesses can use them in practical, low-risk ways.
We have created this session for businesses who want to capture knowledge, reduce repetition, and create smarter ways of working using AI.
What this Lab covers
In this hands-on session, I’ll explore:
- What custom GPTs and AI agents actually are, in simple terms
- The difference between using ChatGPT and creating your own tailored version
- Practical business use cases, including internal support, customer FAQs, onboarding, content support, and decision-making
- What makes a good custom GPT or agent
- Common mistakes and how to avoid overcomplicating things
The focus is on usefulness, not building something perfect.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on your own business during the session.
Using guided prompts, you’ll outline or begin building a simple custom GPT or agent based on your knowledge, processes, or FAQs.
By the end of the Lab, you’ll understand what’s possible and how to take your next step with confidence.
Who this is for
This Lab is ideal if you:
- Repeat the same answers, explanations, or processes
- Want to capture your expertise in a scalable way
- Are curious about agents but don’t see yourself as technical
No prior AI or coding experience is required.
