Zoe’s infectious entrepreneurial spirit is an asset to the customers of Broxbourne Enterprise Centres. She has been successfully running her own Virtual Assistant business locally and is well in tune with Broxbourne’s ecosystem. Before that, she worked with an international start-up company in the City and had an extensive 30-year career – starting out on the trading floor in Investor Relations to becoming Chief of Staff / Operations Manager within the Hedge Fund and start-up arena – giving her a wealth of hands-on experience to share with our Centre customers.

Julie is the Innovation Director at Broxbourne Enterprise Centre, where she leads initiatives designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and business growth across the local SME community. With more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic development, Julie has worked with thousands of founders and teams to turn ideas into profitable, purpose-driven ventures. Passionate about inclusive innovation and social mobility, she combines her creative background with practical business expertise to help organisations thrive in an ever-changing economy.

Sam is the Deputy Centre Manager at Hoddesdon, where she helps ensure the centre runs smoothly and supports both staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism. With a strong background in team coordination and a passion for community engagement, Sam brings a calm, solution-focused approach to her role. She’s known for her reliability, good humour, and commitment to making a positive impact across the centre. Outside of work, Sam enjoys cooking, travelling, and reading – interests that reflect her curiosity, creativity, and love for connecting with people and cultures.

Rebecca is the Assistant Centre Manager at Theobalds Enterprise Centre. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience across Events Management, co‑working operations and Facilities Management, and she’s known for her approachable nature, reliability and first‑class customer service. She has a natural talent for problem‑solving, organisation and building strong connections – qualities that make her a fantastic addition to our team and community. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling, yoga and reading.
Mel Meadows
Assistant Centre Manger

Mel is the Assistant Centre Manager at Hoddesdon Enterprise Centre. Her role is all about keeping things running smoothly and making sure everyone who comes through the doors feels welcome and supported. Mel loves working with the amazing team to create a positive, friendly environment where both staff and visitors can thrive. She’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and finding ways to make each day at the centre better than the last. No two days are ever the same, and that’s what keeps Mel motivated and excited to come to work. Outside of the centre, you’ll usually find Mel spending time with family, trying new recipes, or catching up with friends. She believes in creating genuine connections and bringing a bit of warmth and positivity to everything she does.

Izel brings over seven years of customer service experience to her role as Customer Experience Assistant at Theobalds, thriving in fast-paced, face-to-face environments. Recognised for her professionalism and commitment to exceptional service, she consistently ensures customer satisfaction through her polite and friendly approach. With strong communication and active listening skills, Izel builds meaningful connections with customers both in person and over the phone. Passionate about delivering outstanding support, she also has a growing interest in social media and its role in enhancing customer engagement.

Jasmine is the Customer Experience Assistant at Hoddesdon Enterprise Centre. Jasmine brings a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations, along with fresh ideas and energy to the team. Outside of work Jasmine enjoys fashion and beauty, and loves travelling and going on holidays whenever she gets the chance. She’s really looking forward to getting to know all of the customers at HEC.
