Zoe’s infectious entrepreneurial spirit is an asset to the customers of Broxbourne Enterprise Centres. She has been successfully running her own Virtual Assistant business locally and is well in tune with Broxbourne’s ecosystem. Before that, she worked with an international start-up company in the City and had an extensive 30-year career – starting out on the trading floor in Investor Relations to becoming Chief of Staff / Operations Manager within the Hedge Fund and start-up arena – giving her a wealth of hands-on experience to share with our Centre customers.

Angelique Muller brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and customer-facing roles, with more than a decade in top management for a leading retail book-chain. Renowned for her exceptional leadership and outstanding sales achievements, she is passionate about fostering personal growth, driving ambitious goals, and creating meaningful connections.

Julie Creffield is an innovation and ideation expert with almost 30 years of business under her belt. She started her career in the creative industries and has worked across a range of sectors as a consultant, trainer, and business strategist. She ran a successful global fitness brand for over a decade, is the author of 14 books and an experienced keynote speaker on the topics of business growth, social mobility, and creativity. She lives in Bishop Stortford, with her 11-year-old daughter and Ginger cat Tom.

Louise Hickman, the Assistant Centre Manager who excels in customer service and thrives on tackling challenges, big or small. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for building strong relationships with customers and contractors, Louise is an essential part of the team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, Brandy, enjoys socializing, and always appreciates a good laugh.

Known for her professionalism and exceptional service, she ensures customer satisfaction with her polite and friendly demeanour. Izel’s strong communication and active listening skills help her connect with customers both in person and over the phone. Passionate about delivering excellent support, she also has a keen interest in social media.
