Theobalds Enterprise Centre is home to meeting rooms near the A10 and M25, whereas Hoddesdon is also just off the A10 and delivers meeting rooms in Pindar Road. Great locations for people working in East Hertfordshire or travelling in from London, Essex or Cambridge.
Four things you must consider when renting a meeting room
How do you want people to be seated? Is it in a traditional boardroom with chairs around a table, or do you want a conference or chairs in a U shape? Whilst a boardroom style is our default setting, it’s easy to move partitions and set up in a conference configuration. We also have co-working spaces that you can book for before and after your meeting, making our centres a flexible and efficient working environment for the whole day.
Technology is key. You need a solid internet connection, a decent screen, and the ability to dial-in people remotely. However, if this is an opportunity to get out of your own office and away from your screens, our light filled meeting rooms are the perfect place for brainstorming and creativity.
Catering. Tea, coffee and water on arrival is a must. For longer meetings, morning coffee, afternoon tea and lunch keeps the day moving. We provide arrival refreshments as part of your package and can arrange additional drinks and food if these are wanted at both centres.
