An award-winning international sales trainer and author has found the perfect venue for her courses at Theobalds Enterprise Centre.
Janet Efere, of Tadpole Training, has taken advantage of the facilities at TEC to host sessions for small business owners looking to master the basics of sales.
The author of Small Business Sales Dilemmas has also invited her network to a LinkedIn Local in the conference space and she is full of praise for the site.
She said: “I love it. Being brand new obviously helps, but the facilities are perfect. Having so much parking is a big plus and they’ve also created a sustainable building.
“When I ran a LinkedIn training course in November, all the feedback I received mentioned how nice the venue was. I’ve been doing this for 11 years and that’s the only time everyone has commented on how wonderful the venue was.”
Janet has a lot to compare TEC with having travelled across the States, Singapore and around the UK to deliver her training.
“I don’t think there is a lot around here in terms of enterprise, or anything to do with the business community. There are no real networking groups, which is one of the reasons I set up LinkedIn Local. TEC is perfect for that.
“It’s very accessible and should become a huge shining beacon of excitement and enthusiasm and a real hub for businesses.”
Janet has already put her name down for office space at TEC and hopes to move in in 2024, and she already has plans to run more training events.
“TEC is going to be really good for me. Having such an impressive centre on my doorstep is perfect. I am looking forward to hosting more sessions there and using the café for business meetings.
“It is such a lovely environment.”
